This is my first year living here, and I love the modernity of the building. It fits with the gentrified surrounding area. I have no internet problems whatsoever and the interior of my apartment is updated and stylish. My built-in desk has made working from home comfortable and efficient.

So far so good in my apartment! Super clean, friendly building with a location that can't be beat for me. I will say street parking is very hard with the 3hr maximum parking, and I am alley facing and it is incredibly loud with the trash/recycling who come 5 times a week. Other than that I am loving it :)

I've lived in my apartment now for about 9 months and have really enjoyed my experience. The apartment complex is always clean, maintenance is incredibly friendly and responsive, and my studio itself has a great layout. It's pretty on par pricing wise with what I've seen and the neighborhood itself is vibrant and fun.
