I've lived at Corona Court for coming up on two years. I've overall had a positive experience here, although there are several things I would point out to a future tenant. First, all of Cornerstone's properties are overpriced. This one is not an exception. Living alone here has not been financially sustainable for me, a single person with a full time job. Second, there are no security cameras inside the building and no mail room. I have had very expensive packages stolen/missing, and the staff have been little to no help. Those are the biggest cons. Aside from minor communications issues, maintenance is quickly responsive. The secured entrance has been a big pro for me. Depending on what side of the building you're in and what floor, you can get great natural light. You can 100% expect a shoddy "landlord special" paint job/drywall repairs.
