Apartment Review

I've been living at The Charleston apartments since October 2023 and it's been great honestly. It's very peaceful and the location is very central. Cheeseman Park is a 10 minute walk and downtown is a 20 minute walk. My neighbors were very kind and polite. It's a younger crowd for sure. In general, I've enjoyed my time. :)

many issues here

nice people in the units, but noisy, and hot in the summer (no a/c) needs new paint and carpet in the hallways mgmt company is way too fee centric vs accommodating tenants.

Chaotic mess

Currently dealing with our property management trying to get rid of the property. We have constant issues from gas leaks to water shut offs to no heat! Management company has essentially left us in the dark & when residences try to call in emergency maintenence we get told we arent even on their list of propertys anymore! I would live anywhere else before you move into charleston apartments.

Heater still doesn't work

I moved in in October. I informed your team that my heat wasn't working. We're going into January and it is still not working. When I call, your team tells me that the contractor will contact me but they don't call. I've mostly given up at this point.

Overall a nice place to live

The Charleston Apartments are in a great location in cap hill. So far neighbirs have been respectful and no issues with security. Only issue ive had is a problem woth my bathroom sink that i requested help with but have never received.
