Mostly good experience. There were multiple issues with the pool and ac for the gym in the past year that took significant time to work out. I hope the problems with amenities will be better now with new management. Location and value are good. Units are good at not allowing sound through walls. There was a loss in value due to not being able to use many of the amenities for months on end, ended up needing to get a gym membership for about 2-3 months while the gym was almost unusable and I also couldn't just walk to the gym and had to drive somewhere.
