On Cheeseman but no patios or clear views

This complex is great for being relatively private. There is no full time resident property manager which really diesnt matter at this property because residents are self sufficient and considerate. They choose to have 24 hour monitored security cctv to shephard our dumpsters from the homeless rather than just get locking lidded dumpsters resulting in constant loud arguing between trash scavebgers and off location security over a blaring PA all hours of day or night and the nuisance of seeing your and everyone’s personal refuse and identifying informatikn scattered on the ground a few nighrs a week. This property is priced high compared to comps in the area and doesnt offer the resort style towers with balcony spaces or a pool. Also they tack on a reasonable amount for utilities which are flat rated, but they also charge more to be priveleged to park on property on a monthly basis than many diwntown lots. And, the street parking is a nitemare with very limited availability and excessive zones rhat allow parking only during soecific times and forbid it others resulting in more oarking iffenses for most.
