I have loved living here. I have received adequate support for maintanance related issues and I think the value is great for getting a pool and shared washer dryers. Staff is friendly and accessible. Cheesman park is gorgeous and close but there are something raves and it does get loud.

The building is in the best spot of town but parking can be tricky during good weather because everyone is at the park. Maintenance is a little slow to respond but eventually they get everything sorted.

Upon moving in one year ago with Redpeak, I have really enjoyed my time here and intend on staying for awhile. The pool and location are great. I can’t hear any of my neighbors (and hopefully they can’t hear me.) I feel very safe and the building is nice and tidy.
