The location is the greatest advantage of living here. The lack of air conditioning in my unit is unbearable during the summer months. Updating the kitchen appliances to include a microwave and a dishwasher should be a priority.

Great location. The laundry room is very convenient. The staff was incredibly responsive. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has an incredible amount of sunlight.

Overall this is a nice place to live. There is currently construction, so that's a little noisy and inconvenient. Aside from that it's a nice place to live for a reasonable price compared to the market.

Overall a nice place to live with responsive maintenance. It would be really quiet if not for how loud the doors in the building close. There is currently construction all around the building, but it's usually not loud and they keep the area around the site clean.
