I recently moved in. I love the area, and the apartment is overall very clean. The staff is the absolute best, they are so helpful, kind, and competent. My only issue is that the neighbor above me has a heavy heavy foot, so there is some stomping, but all good I can deal with that. :) Thanks staff for being sooo amazing!

Property managers are hard to get hold of with very slow response. If move into this make sure your your anti virus software is up to date and secure your network as there’s some pirating in the neighborhood.

All in all I'm happy here. It's the right neighborhood. I like my apartment. There's enough storage space, newer appliances, fireplace and air conditioning. I'm not a fan of the the parking situation which is an easy fix with a paint an some organization. The shared laundry facility has continuous mechanical breakdowns. I have no idea how to fix that. I have never used the rooftop patio. The one time I tried to there was no propane and the grill was unkept by whoever used it last. I like someone had a party and trashed it and left. I never went up there again. I at least clean up after myself. Like I said I do like living here. It's a great neighborhood!!
