I have genuinely enjoyed living here the past 3 years. Had some istakces eith noisy neighbors that dragged out way ongercthan it should but overall its been a good experience. Maintenance is always quick & hekpful. Staff responds quickly. My only drawback resiging is not enough dog spaces for my pup & need more room.

Amazing place to live
After 8 months at 820 Dexter Street, I can say that it's a lovely place to live, with well-maintained apartments. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and there are lots of good restaurants and bars in the area.
