I really like this apartment complex. The tenants are respectful and the previous noise score is due to intense maintenance and from traffic on 8th (I didn't realize it is a main street for many to get around the area). Parking can be difficult and I recently had my driver side mirror taken off while parked in the area. All in all it is a really nice community. I wish there was more washer/dryers but that's about it. Thanks!

Neighbors are friendly and the pool is great. My building only have one washing machine and drier but the big building has 7-8 each. Nice walking distance to trader Joe's and restaurants. I enjoy living here!

I've been here 2 years, I love my apartment, love the location. The parking situation is decent. Redpeak owns their buildings so they are pretty good about the upkeep. All the staff has been professional in all my interactions with them.
