I enjoyed living here for a few years and the property itself is nice. The issue was with lease renewal. I asked for a fair market rate but was only offered a one-time concession while keeping the same high rent. After I moved out, my exact unit was listed for $1,350, which is the price I would have gladly renewed at. Good place to live, but be careful with renewal pricing.

Great sound insulation in the rooms, I almost never hear my neighbors. Location is amazing - restaurants, bars, grocery store, salons, cherry creek trail all within blocks. Cheeseman park only a mile away. Beautiful rooftop patio, gym is never too crowded, and facilities are always clean. Utilities in unit (W/D, fridge, oven, dishwasher) are all modern and work great. Responsive maintenance team. Reasonable price. Fantastic place to live!
