This building is a good value for what it has to offer, but the lack of onsite management has led to a number of building damages that has lasted longer than they should.

Location and price

I have to say that I have had a great time here at the ash. You really get what you pay dor here. Its in one of the best locations since its near restaurants and trader joes. The apartment looks updated and cute. The only downfall is that there is no air conditioning and the beautiful wood floors are a little loud.

Older building in an unbeatable location

This building is really all about the location. With a movie theater, wine bar, Trader Joes, and great restaurants all within walking distance it is perfect. You're 5 minutes from Cherry Creek and 15 from downtown. I really wish we had air conditioning but the units have some nice upgrades to them. The staff at Red Peak are fast about responding to tenants and getting issues resolved promptly.
