I lived here for 3 years. I love the neighborhood, and the old building with modern touches. It was the perfect spot to live and explore Denver from. Simple but utterly charming. I will miss it.

I wrote a wonderful review about Redpeak Properties a few weeks ago. This time I want to write about how wonderful and exceptional Delaney Johnson/Manager/Downing Central Office is! Delaney helped me with a few minor issues recently! My main issue was that I have a neighbor who lives above me that is noisy no matter what that person was doing. This has been going on for months. On 2-19-25, that person woke me up at midnight while they were getting ready to go to sleep. That was not the first time! I could not deal with it any longer! I sent an email to Delaney later that morning with video. Delaney responded back to me apologing and she spoke to the person. Things were wonderful after that!! I LOVE how Delaney has the ability to take a negitive and turn it into a positive! For example, on Sunday 3-9-25, the Tenant above me was cleaning and rolling a cleaning devise on the floors and in a loud manner! I sent Delaney an email with video. Delaney responded back to me stating "I spoke to that person above you and I had to give her a gental nudge and get that person back on track"! That was the coolest thing I ever read!! On 3-10-25, black smelly water was backed up in the kitchen sink. I placed a maintenance request and the plumber was to be out that same day. He couldn't make it out that day. I had to keep dumping the water in the toilet every 5 hours. I asked Delaney via email if the person above me could stop using the kitchen faucet until it was fixed as water kept backing up in the my sink. Delaney went that extra nine yards and had it rectified immediatley without bothering the person above me! Delany's staff is wonderful as well! On 4-22-25, Scott called me up to thank me for the wonder review I wrote a few week ago! I told Scott that it made my year!! And calling me up in person meant more than a million dollars!!! Delaney and Scott are wonderful Professionals and Redpeak is lucky to have them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location, tons of things within walking distance! The neighborhood is pretty quite. It feels safe to walk my dog at amy time of the day. Maintance is quick to respond and take care of the problem. Overall great experience.

I have been living at 611 for almost a year now and I have to say that I really love it. The location is great, as it is situated in a very walkable part of town. However, I do feel that the monthly rent may be a bit too high when you take into consideration the amenities that are offered. Hopefully, this will be adjusted soon. The maintenance team is responsible for servicing multiple properties, so they can be a bit slow at times, but they always try their best to get the job done in a timely manner.

These apartments are a good size and there are all the amenities you could need minus a gym. The area is walkable and close to a lot of nice places to hangout/eat. On-street parking isn't too bad unless there are events at Cheeseman. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood as well.

I am happy as a multi year resident. While onsite maintenance could be better, the rent is generally amicabke for the services received.
