Best Of Best!!!

Redpeak is a GREAT Property Management Company!!! I have lived at the property where I rent since since 1992!! It has always been a nice place to live. Redpeak Purchased the property and transformed the building into a very modern exceptionally beautiful tenant fiendley building!!!!!! The property is always kept exceptionally clean inside and out!! All the Staff Members are very friendly and profession!!!! You have a GREAT sense of Security and keep the building very secure with high qualty Security Doors and Security Cameras!!! You do nice things for the Tenants like purchase and deliver breakfast, set up coffee stations either in front of our building or the Downing St Office and one year personally delived Holiday Cards to each apartment!! Redpeak is exceptionally GREAT with keeping their communications open with the Tennants!! I was extremely impressed during COVID and I appluad you!! You sent lots of COVID related emails!!! Redpeak is a very upscale Property Management Company who owns their own properties and takes very good care of them. The apartments are Modern and beautifully refurbished!!! I also love the fact that you have rules to keep everything in order like no clutter in the hallways or the garage and laundry room!! I have lived in my remodled apartment for almost three years and enjoy it very much!! I love the modern kitchen!!! I only had one minor plumbing repair and the issue was rectified in a very quick manner plus you followed up afterwards!! I want to thank Redpeak for being a wonderful upscale Property Management Company and I will be renewing my lease another year!!!!!

I have lived here for two years and really love the area. We love our apartment, but do feel it is overpriced as there are no amenities and the security is a concern (the front door is never locked these days, garage door is often seen left open, bikes stolen from bike room). We will probably look to move next year if rent increases.

Mixed bag

Resident for 2 years, issue with building security and timely maintenance. Don't blame the workers corporate is penny pinching everything. Laundry rooms could be expanded. rent should not be raised higher than 1200 a month.
