Good Price, Nice Location

Had some ups and downs but a mostly positive experience. Best features are location and price, otherwise a bit run down and impossible to talk to leasing staff and get issues resolved.

What Management? What Maintenance?

I have had nothing but issue after issue since moving into this complex. Not only were basic requirements not met (per Colorado law), but the lack of organization and communication from our "teams" has lead to neglect and a violation of rights.

Staff Doesn't Respond.

Staff and move in coordinator pretty ineffective and almost non-existent when it comes to maintenance calls. Having recently moved in, there were a few items that needed addressing that either were outright neglected by management, or very poorly addressed. Communication seems barely existent within the company.

Nice but noisy

I've lived at 60 Corona for about six months, and my only complaint thus far is the noise. This building reverberates like a drum. I can hear every footstep in the unit above mine, and to the right of mine. Likewise, if there's a party going on in one of the units on my floor, I hear every beat loud and and clear. While noise is the only complaint I have about 60 Corona apartments, it's a big complaint: I haven't slept past 6:00 am in months, which WAS very unlike me. On the plus side, noise is my only complaint. The management team has been responsive and friendly. I've had to submit two maintenance requests since I moved here, and my issue was resolved within 24 hours both times.
