Great spot in the crnter of broadway great views

I've lived here for 6 months. The location is amazing and so fun to be on s broad. There kind of always seems to be an issue in the building. Door is shattered, elevator is broken, water wont work, the radiators are crazy and kinda loud. The noise from the street isnt even that bad compared to the noise of the radiators. BUT my actual apartment is beautiful! Great big windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, view of the mountains, cheap for a two bed. The whole experience would be better if the appliances were updated and maintenance was faster.

Lived here going on 5 years. The building is old and that is both a good and bad thing, the units are renovated well however water and power issues come up inconveniently. The building is arguably TOO in the thick of South Broadway, the people of the street actively disrespect the resident's and the property, however it is nice to be walking distance from most city amenities. Parking is a mindful activity that requires walking a couple blocks, also a good and bad thing, again though, there IS a bike locking station in the basement.

Super great location. Apartments have great character. Pest management needs to be improved.

Relocating and seeing if this place fits....so far I'm still here....

Super loud (above bar and club) and there's a roach probelm. BUT very cute apartment in a very fun area if you like city life.
