The price point is excellent for the location and the space. But it is out dated. People steal your mail, there is units with water damage. There is zero amenities, the washers and driers are very gross and you still have to pay for them. Not to mention they are expensive to use. Management is never available.

I have lived at Five50 in the same unit for about 15 and a half months. Overall, I do enjoy living in the building. The value is average, and the property management is very responsive. Maintenance is also wonderful; - truly the best maintenance team I have experienced. I do struggle with pests (ants, spiders, silverfish, etc.); however, I am on the first floor, so this is somewhat to be expected. Other properties in the neighborhood are also provided A/C window units, which would be nice during the hotter months. I do feel that the building is older and could use some updates, but generally speaking, I am happy with my choice to stay at Five50 for the foreseeable future.

I have been here almost two years and I do NOT recommend this property. Plumbing issues, no dedicated parking, constant noise, and lack of attention/communication from maintenance.

I just moved in and I love this complex already. It has such cute character. The location is perfect, it's so close to everything. Parking can be a little difficult but not impossible.
