The first 3 years were fine, this last year has been a struggle with new tenants moving in The noise, trash being thrown all over the grounds and lack of RESPECT for other neighbors is appalling. I pray it gets better

$25 for parking that is very small space it's not even covered if anything wrong they will tell you how old is the house first .then they will send you someone who's not even professional not even a handyman .they keep sending me people to fix my front door then they ruin the the door jamb by screwing screws all over guess what they're ready charge me for it ???? I don't know how much but they said because we're ready to charge you for it you can schedule an appointment so we can fix it for you if you want to. I will find out if that's legal before I do anything it starts when I told him that the floor is so squeaky really bad upstairs my room and my kids room then they said sorry the house is too old we can only fix it when you move out. And I did fix it myself with some special screws you bought from home Depot

each apartment or town home should be able to receive 1 free assigned parking spot. also a change machine for laundry or invest in laundry card to be loaded by a machine in laundry room
