It's a nice, clean, well located apartment building. Maintenance requests, however, take a long time to complete sometimes.

I cannot speak to most of the questions at this time as I just moved in. However, my initial impression is that the building is well maintained, is in a great location, and all apartment buildings have spacious balconies. My apartment shares a wall with the elevator, so there is some noise from that. Otherwise, it is very quiet.
