Love it Here!... Except for Laundry

I haven't had any maintenance issues the whole time I've lived here.... Except only 1 washing machine in the laundry room has worked the past almost 2 years... So getting the one working machine when you need it is a pain. Also the Butterfly tablet outside to enter the building has a completely black screen during the day, so delivery drivers and guests cannot get inside, which is really frustrating. Other than that, I enjoy living here. It's really clean and quiet in my experience. Also the property managers are really nice and reply to you quickly.

Nice Place!

I've only been here a short time so far, but the 1 bedroom is a great value for what you get. The communal areas are clean, and my place was move-in ready. It's great for just me.

Great location and for a great value

I've been here about 2 weeks now and I everything about it; the space, parking, location, laundry, quality, etc. It is a clean place and is perfect for walking being so close to multiple parks. I would recommend this place to friends and family if they decide to move!
