I spent 3 years here and highly enjoyed my time. Great location, but street parking is still very manageable. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond, and the small building means less chaos.

I've lived here 2.5 years and love it. Multiple times, I've looked (unsuccessfully) for a better studio at this price in Denver and I don't believe they exist. The manager and maintenance guy are quick to respond, noise from neighbors is very minimal, and the location is perfect.

I've been waiting almost a year for a parking space and have been skipped many times for one. The landlord prioritizes new tenants so there's no hope of ever getting a space even though I've been here a long time. I have very little cold water pressure. Whenever I've brought this to their attention, maintenance told me nothing that can be done about it. I'm tire of getting 1st degree burns while I wash my dishes or take a shower.

Anecdotally, I've looked many different times online at studios in Denver and have toured quite a few. I've now lived here for 1.5 years and the quality of the unit and building, the square footage, and lack of noise, are all well worth the competitive price.
