An upgrade to the laundry machines would make a huge difference to this apartment. The current ones are so outdated and don’t work well - people go to laundromats instead. The drier is gross and barely works! If we pay so much to do laundry new machines should be invested in please.

Laundry costs really add up and getting quarters is a annoying. Ive had a maintenance request in for a few weeks and still living with heaters I can’t turn off. Otherwise the people are great and i like the location!

I have reached out to the company about a smoking neighbor MANY times and nothing has been done about it. It is frustrating to smell cigarettes in my apartment, on my clothes, in my bathroom when I don’t smoke.

I love the unit I live in and the people I have met are very friendly. But getting in touch with anyone from the Four Star is impossible and you really have to threaten not to pay rent to get them to acknowledge your needs.
