I've only been here about a month so I can't say definitely what the whole experience is. Love the unit itself. Flow of the layout is incredible. Maintenance as needed has been helpful. Only one, coin operated laundry machine for the whole building is just a little... lacking. Overall positive experience.

I’ve lived here for half a year and really enjoy the location. Being close to federal and 38th, you can reach most anywhere in 20-30min. I have a corner apartment with big windows, which allows for ao much natural light. Never really had any problems with maintenance. Ans rhw staff is always currioua and easy to talk too.

Thisnspot is in a fantastic location. While you might Not have the bells and whistles of a larger complex, this place makes up for it with being walkable to tons of areas and an imcredibly friendly fourstar staff!
