I would by lying if I said my first few months at 3718 Gilpin St. were not without issue. It was never made clear to me that the unit was not air conditioned in any fashion even though I asked during my tour. Additionally, my bedroom window is broken, something I noticed after submitting photos of existing damage, while one of the window in the living room is without a screen, further limiting my airflow. I've spent nearly $400 on cooling appliances, but it wasn't enough to prevent damage to my PlayStation that will likely need to be replaced after overheating multiple times.
