Living at 222 logan street is a pretty great location! Althought paying over $1300 for a one bedroom that offers almost no amenities is not worth it the cost. Having to pay for mandatory building utilites is absurd considering tbe laundry is not included. It costs about $3.25 per load of laundry, if not more. Depending on how many times you have to run the dryer at $1.50/45 minutes. The size of the apartments are nice, and the location is great. But cornerstone should be including more amentites when they’re upping rent for tenenst just to renew their leases.
