I like it a lot, the only two things i would care to see would be grass instead of rocks and a hose, outside faucet

Cozy location, private entrance. Space isnt well formatted but still fine. The entrance downstairs to the other trnants is not locked so thats a bit sketchy.

The house was not in the condition it was promised to be in when we moved in. There was a six day turnover period and they still could not get the things done they needed to get done. Cleaners and painters were in the house the day we moved in/the day after. That was no acceptable. Company was only average/below average with how helpful they were. They mostly provided slow response times and unsatisfactory excuses. The house is nice and it's location is great, but that only gets you so far.
