We originally had a different property manager and were used to his ways of communicating. 4 star implemented a new manager who has changed everything about our payments and payment time. its bullshit especially after 18 months with no issue with the previous manager.

The house is really nice and has its quirks. We love it. It's a bit noisy with the street and would be much better if there was a fenced yard(and more worth the money). The landlord is great and there in a second if you need something.
