Great location and even came with a dishwasher which was not advertised! Only complaint is that communication with management is near non-existent. The property is owned by real-estate investors in Tennessee who do not care about the state of the home (lawn completely dead, ceiling fans falling out of walls, electricity barely works) and is managed by four star who would rather not engage with the tenants and will not provide a reliable point of contact. The only way to get any thing improved is through the work order system which is built to discourage use on larger overall problems with the home which this house has a lot of! You also won't know how much they're covering and what you'll have to pay. If you like renting a fixer upper live here!
