The paint job in my apartment is sloppy, but that doesnt really affect me much, Maintenance requests are either finished lightning fast or take weeks to complete. The people who live here are nice, and the area feels relstively safe. A fair amount of people have dogs which I love, but they don’t clean up after them which is frustrating.

Worse apartment ever
I just move yesterday and when I went to check my apartment the front door was broken with a big hole in the middle without the digital box to put my digital lkeys Which means that my apartment was open and I couldn't close it. All my stuff was inside and I had to go out and leave the door open for fear of being robbed. Second, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was impressive. It seems that they didn't clean the walls. And third, the air conditioning is bad and the apartment was extremely hot.

Great community other then man living in unit 108 next to elevator. Maintance okay. Parking could use some work. Staff (samatha) very helpful.
