This place needs to turn a/c on now! It's hot, humid and the place smells stale with no airflow. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The building always smells like a mix of cigarettes, weed and body odor, people are always blasting their music outside, and the elevator is broken at least a couple times a year

The rent is very cheap because the building is very shitty. The laundry room floods often, the elevator has been out twice in the two months I’ve lived here, the whole building smells of cigarettes, mold, and BO, and no one will get back to you about maintenance issues.
