Couldn't have asked for a better place to live after leaving a bad life behind in another state

The location is one of the best things about living here with City Park right there and the restaurants/bars within walking distance on Colfax. Apartments are small, some have better amenities than others, but the price is pretty reasonable for what you get and communication with staff is easy and clear. The turnover for residents is unfortunate where rules have to be repeated every 6 months or so - ie people smoking in the courtyard or near the entry/exit doors, and residents allowing their dogs to use the courtyard/front garden areas instead of walking them around the block. Laundry is hit or miss, but that's the game with shared spaces. All in all I enjoyed living here, but ultimately need more space. Will miss this neighborhood.

I've lived here for 2 years and I am moving due to work commute, However I love this little apartment complex. I wish the apartments had dishwashers and better A/C units (only available in the living room), but for the price and location it's fantastic. There are two sets of washer/dryers available for community use (using quarters). I pay for an assigned parking spot and I've never had issues with it being taken, the parking spots behind the building are fairly tight compared to others. However the vicinity to Colfax, Sprouts, Cerebral Brewing, City Park and more is worth it! I am a big fan of this apartment complex if you are looking to spend most of your time out and about.

I enjoy the communal courtyard area and location. The residents are awesome so far and the property manager is responsive. Updates like Butterfly MX are handy. Would love to see more amenities in comparison to comparable priced apartments in the neighborhood that have a gym and pool. A/C units in the bedrooms would be an awesome upgrade. Overall I love this place, the walkability, the location.. the price has increased greatly since the building went from private ownership to managed by cornerstone. Improvements can be made in to the parking areas. Curb paint and city signage would be helpful. It is common for street parkers and alley parkers to block vehicles. The tow company does not tow street parked vehicles by resident request when blocked in. The police non emergency number must be called for improperly street parked vehicles. Great clean, well maintained, and rodent free place to make home.

This is a decent apartment community. The pros are proximity to city park and being in a walkable community with easy bus access. 2 paid washing machines and 2 paid dryers pro and con. The windows are new. An in unit washer and dryer would make this place magnificent. Another pro is that the units seem to have been updated with appliances and mirror closet doors with organizers and flooring. There was also the addition of an awning structure and community grill. The location within a neighborhood is nice and quiet most of the time. The areas for improvement are parking management. The paid parking spaces in the alley and front of building are constantly blocked by neighbors, delivery drivers, contractors, the United States Postal Service and anyone needing a quick place to "temporarily" park. The addition of the new door does not allow for easily buzzing visitors up. The new door could be improved with a modern call pad instead of keyed entry. There are little details that were overlooked like the floorboard does not connect to the ground and there is a gap and there is a weird board covering the opposite wall of the shower in the bedroom. It looks like the contractor installed some units with a microwave with no dishwasher and other units have a dishwasher with no microwave. The doors need a weather proofing update. Quite a few residents have towels and blankets outside covering the gaps. Overall a decent place for now.
