The managers do not really care about this property or the residents. Most emails, maintenance requests, and any sort of contact attempts to Cornerstone Apartments is ignored. The building wash machine was broken for over 3 months so even though we paid for a machine that entire time, we were forced to go to a Laundromat 20 minutes away multiple times a week and spend $20+ on each trip. Furthermore, they removed all package delivery access to the building, so your packages are either left out on the street where there is a significant homeless population in the area, or rejected delivery entirely. There is a "dog park" area in the front that is rarely cleaned or bags restocked, so the area fills up with dog poop and the smell of poop and old urine is strong on the whole property. For the price Cornerstone charges, they should be much more involved with upkeep and the residents maintenance requests.
