Just moved in and the maintenance technician is always available and my neighbors are great, helpful.

The neighborhood is lined with cool houses. I enjoy walking my dog around the area. Great walking distance between City Park and Cheesman. The complex has a cute courtyard. Laundry facility is coin operated and isn't the most reliable. Street parking is manageable. There usually is a spot on the street, though sometimes I have to park on an adjacent one.
