Pros: Fantastic and very walk-able location. Close to many great coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Walls are thick and units are fairly separated. Can only faintly hear my upstairs neighbor if they are loud. Pet Friendly. Lots of closet space. Cons: 1st floor apartments do not have A/C as advertised. I was provided a standalone A/C unit that does not completely cool the apartment in the summer. Electrical wiring is old so the power breaker trips often if you are using your A/C unit along with another device (microwave, air fryer, stove/oven). Doors are thin and aren't sealed that well. Noise easily penetrates. Windows aren't very efficient. Very easy heat/cold loss. ~5 parking spaces in the back of the building. $100 a month, BUT street parking is readily available in front of the building. Card Laundry. You must purchase a card from a 3rd party seller. You can only pay for the card in cash/check. Not very well maintained. When I moved in, there were a lot of scuff marks on cabinets, closet doors fell out the sliding mechanism, bathroom door handle not secure, towel hanger in bathroom barely held together with adhesive. Incredible dusty.
