Not to bad

Parking can be difficult if you dont have a spot. Constant transients trying to get into the building. Amenities are okay, nothing spectacular but the size for the price is not too bad. Staff and maintenance respond promptly so thats a plus too

Friendly apartment

I was hoping that there wohld be more than one washer and dryer and my front door doesnt close properly. Other than that everything has been perfect. Everyone is so sweet here.

Great Value!

This apartment is great value for the location right by Cheeseman park! I have lived her for about two years and have had no complaints. There is a ton of storage inside the apartment for a 1 bedroom, the two bathroom sinks are great, and the maintenance requests are completed quickly!
