good enough

i've been in this apartment for almost a year now and it has been quite a mediocre experience. i appreciate that the laundry machines have been updated and my complaints or maintenance requests are addressed quickly and are handled great. the neighbors are hardly respectful to one another and it has been stressful to deal with them occasionally. i pay for a parking spot and it really doesn't feel worth what i pay but i have been using driveways up until now, so it's fine enough. the staff has always been super helpful and kind, which i appreciate very much though so i find it worth enough to stay here. i wish there was a gym!

They’ve been going through it.

Not much has been done in the year i have been here. Maintiance is not good. Even if you finally get someone to help with the issue, they do the complete wrong thing and waste time and resources.

Love Cheesman Park!

I love love love 1430 Humboldt! The neighborhood is lively, but not chaotic and loud. The ability to walk to restaurants, bars, and other attractions makes living here a breeze. I get to walk my dog every day around Cheesman park, which is my favorite thing about living in this neighborhood.
