Good place to live. Pet friendly for those who have them and nice people.

Overall, this has been a solid place to live, with a few clear strengths and some areas that could be better. The staff has been consistently helpful and responsive, which makes day-to-day issues much easier to handle. Maintenance has been excellent, requests are addressed quickly and the work is done well, which makes a big difference over time. The location is another strong point, with easy access to nearby neighborhoods, restaurants, and essentials, making it convenient for daily life. In terms of value, the apartment feels fairly priced for what you get, especially considering the service and location. That said, there are some downsides. Parking is manageable but not ideal, and adding a dedicated spot feels more like a necessity than a perk. Amenities are fairly limited and don’t stand out compared to similar buildings. Noise has also been an ongoing issue at times, particularly depending on neighbors and time of day, which can affect the overall comfort. While it’s not perfect, the strong staff and maintenance team make this a good option if those factors matter most.

i've been in this apartment for almost a year now and it has been quite a mediocre experience. i appreciate that the laundry machines have been updated and my complaints or maintenance requests are addressed quickly and are handled great. the neighbors are hardly respectful to one another and it has been stressful to deal with them occasionally. i pay for a parking spot and it really doesn't feel worth what i pay but i have been using driveways up until now, so it's fine enough. the staff has always been super helpful and kind, which i appreciate very much though so i find it worth enough to stay here. i wish there was a gym!

Not much has been done in the year i have been here. Maintiance is not good. Even if you finally get someone to help with the issue, they do the complete wrong thing and waste time and resources.
