I've been at 1402 Race for a couple of years, and I have very few complaints! The staff is quick to respond, maintenance completes work orders promptly, and I rarely hear any noise from neighbors - and if I do, it's not during typical sleeping hours. My main issue is shared laundry - other residents not removing their items from the machine in a timely manner.

I have lived here for almost a month and love it so far. My apartment is modern and clean, and I feel like it's very reasonably priced. The roof is an awesome amenity! The only downside is that the walls are a little thin and sometimes I can hear my neighbor's TV.

Really love this property! The location is perfect, and the price is reasonable especially for the area. The neighbors are friendly and have little to no noise! Management team has always been there when I need them and an all around pleasure to live here.

Wonderful location, newly finished apartments with fireplaces, new amenities like brand new dishwashers, fridges, washer driers. Beautiful roof deck wirh grill and lounge chairs.

Have been a resident here for 3 years now. Love tbe location and proximity to Cheesman Park, City Park, etc. Feel very very safe here and the other residenfs are all friendly. In 3 years i have only had one maintenance issue, and they were able to come out right away to fix it the day of. My apartment was renovated completely right before i moved into it and it seems like them doing quality renovations with it probably has contributed to not having maintenance issues. One suggestion may be to put locks on the dumpsters so homeless people dont go through all of our garbage, because sometimes they leave it strewn about and ive been caught off guard by them being in there when i go to throw out my trash as well. So if there was a lock on the lids to the dumpsters and residents were given keys, maybe that could be prevented? Love the door code system that is used here, because i was in a car accident and was able to give my friend a code to get in and take care of my cat when i was having emergency surgery. Also the office staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and easy to get a hold of. Never had a problem with laundry, theres always been at lwast one machine available when i go to use it and people are prompt in moving their stuff from the machines. And the rooftop patio is very cute and love the view, definitely a big plus! In addition to that, having a parking lot in this area is HUGE. As a female or just in general, knowing if i come home late my spot will be there and i wont have to try to parallel park and possibly have someone hit my car on the street. Or have to walk 3 blocks at night alone. Also feel like the amount of space is really good and they have put in a pantry and multiple closets throughout to give you lots of storage. About to renew my lease again, so that is also the ultimate testament i think!
