My apt is noisy because its on the 2nd floor directly above the parking lot. My vehicle and packages have been stolen; there is no security camera setup. Aside from that the apartment is extremely basic. appliances are so old that it takes maintenance several weeks to fix them. Location is perfect for Colfax / cap heights / Cherry creek. All the basic needs can be found within a few blocks. Apartment is definitely warm enough in the winter. Living room Wall AC unit does not cool bedroom area. This is a no smoking building but people smoke cigarettes on their balcony- Kind of a bummer.
