I have been living here for the last 1 year. The apartment is good and provides good amenities and services. The only issue I have is that the maintenance requests take much time to complete.

I just moved in and my leasing agent Alex was a great help. It has been the most reasonably priced place that I have found in the neighborhood. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the gym.

Have loved living here for the last 9 months. Amazing lounge area that we have made use of for group studies. Super community and neighborhood. Awesome access to public transportation. Fantastic support personnel for quick repairs or help.

Lived here coming up on 16 years, so been through old and new ownership. Location close to park is my main goal, plus have had an awesome view of downtown and mountains. Building is older, and unfortunately building "upgrades" did not include replacing freezing leaky windows and doors and no control over central HVAC ( heat comes on well into October and goes off as early as end of April). Although I have stayed here, the rent, even relative rent, has gone higher than the quality justifies. Overall, I'm still here.
