Management is rarely on site and seemingly unaware of issues within the building. Had vagrant people set up an encampment in the basement and it took over a month to resolve. Difficult to contact admin, slow to respond, and not very convenient office hours for tenants who also work 9-5

I immediately found my place after talking with Heller at the front office.Despite being uncertain of where I'd end up after a devastating life-changing event, I knew I'd be okay at 1190 S. Bellaire. Her voice was encouraging, kind, the "you'll be okay" tone. Sure, the place did not have the cute balconies nor pool/gym amenities others offer. But Ive always felt safe--a part of the noisy urban sprawl, but also a comfortable respite from it. The 46 and 40 just right there, the lightrail not far either. The staff is nice, though I will admit that Ive made four even five work orders for certain things that have remained unchanged the entire year of my residence there! I hope the apartment living situation improves in Denver--sometimes it seems like we are numbers, and that's the truth. I am moving out of the state for this time, but maybe in the future we'll meet again!

I have been here for almost a year and I really like it. Maintenance has been amazing and is always so helpful. The office staff especially Heller Bates is so sweet and is willing to go that extra mile to make you feel good. The only downside is having to walk up four flights of stairs, I wish there was an elevator or a three bedroom on a lower level. I have degenerative disc disease and sciatica in my lower back so the stairs can be difficult sometimes. Other than that I love it here. Thank you so much for letting us come to your community. ?? After 6 years on the Hill, it is time to say goodbye to that way of life! Glendale is except from that craziness--yet. I like the place I live, neighbors are strangers, some things take forever to get fixed (even if I moved in with the promise that they'd be fixed)--overall very stress-free. Live here after having your fill of the Hill.
