Staff have been great and move-in process was smooth. Took a bit of time to receive mailbox keys and our initial maintenance requests have not been filled yet.

I've lived here for about a month and love our new apartment. The building is clean and well kept and I feel safe living here. We had a few maintenance requests that got taken care of very quickly. The staff is easy to get a hold of.

I love my apartment with tall ceilings and details like crown molding, a nice kitchen, and outdoor space. The property is well taken care of with landscapers around every week. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and the area is pretty quiet. Whenever I've needed help from maintenance or staff, they were available. I wish we had more amenities or access to a gym/pool. That's the biggest downside compared to other options in the area, but I do love where I live and have stayed with RedPeak because things have gone so well and always get taken care of. Thank you!
