Have been happy with this residence for the last 4-5 with no issues until recently. The issues started as soon as new residents moved in below me. Or shortly after when we changed our locks. Since then every personal i.e. clothes, handed family antiques, books, pretty much everything i own defaced and completely scratched and marked all over resulting in clothes needing replaced and all other items needing refurbished costing a substantial amount of money to irreplaceable items. Also floors and some walls were vandalized as well which we are not responsible for. So it was good until recently.

Staff doesnt answer calls or emails, they dont have people clean the grounds, parking is taken over by people who dont live here, and they dont care about their tenants.

We where told the gutters where fixed. But they were not we still have a waterfall that comes down. You had people come in and scrape and clean the wall and Kilz and texture. But they never came back to paint or to do anything else clean up. We know have got a huge water stain on our wall that you guys just fixed a few months ago. We were promised it was going to be fixed when we moved in over a year ago. If you want picture get a hold of my wife Amber via email or phone. We never get a call back from the office when we leave messages.

No one EVER answers the phone in the office. Its my biggest problem. I have to take time to physically go to the office to find 3 girls there all with phones on their desk. I work a lot , and can't answer the phone when its at YOUR convenience to call me back. Thats why you have phones on your desk.
