Great place to live

We moved in as soon as the building was finished and love it. The location is perfect - close to Wash Park, downtown and Cherry Creek. The amenities are top-notch. We're considering selling one of our cars because the shuttle brings one of us to and from work daily as well as errand running. The staff is awesome - always very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this complex. The one drawback that we have is when parking outside, depending on which street is parked on, there is a 2-hour limit up until 10 p.m. so we need to keep running out to move the car. If possible, I'd suggest getting garage parking.
