Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas or mixes of these breeds. All pets must be current on vaccinations. All pets must be on a leash in public spaces at all times except designated off-leash areas. Residents may use the dog park and dog run at their own risk. Our campus features a dog park, a dog spa, pet-centric events, and easy access to nearby parks.

Lots of amenities that do not work or not maintained

Fraustrated that staff don't maintain amenities. If that is CCT's claim to fame then this should be priority. Dry sauna still not built. Constrant complaints from residents about this. When touring in April the sauna was not working but leasing agent conveniently did not mention it hadn't been working all year. Sort of felt duped. One out of 5 cabana shades around the pool work. Several gas BBQ grills don't have propane and even some that do don't work well. No running water in the outdoor sinks. 3 missing TV remotes on 5th floor. Tavern doesn't have them and often Tavern uses all of the TV licenses so that we can't use the TV licenses on the 5th floor. Broken Peloton all year. Jacuzzi not kept hot enough. Feels like a bathrub after five minutes. Original idea for CCT was amazing, I just wish we had lived here when everything was new and working. Also our ebike stolen in Oct. from inside secure parking garage. Concerned that this building really isn't very secure with hundreds of deliveries from non-residents to every floor at all hours of the day / night. Anyone can walk straight through lobby into parking garage and around the cars / bikes without concierge knowing or seeing. Concierge is often very busy trying to deal with deliveries and residents. Would ask all staff to walk the 5th floor weekly to see for themselves what it is like to try to use a TV, or use all the equipment in the gym or the grills or cabanas. Don't feel we are getting everything that we are paying for. Would expect all amenities to work at all times and that there would be very limited downtime.

Title

I feel place is going down hill. Pool area - none of the cabanas work, cushions okd and stained. Pool area on west side a mess. Broken sun faded furniture. Bochi ball court all broken. Fire pit an embarrassement to take guests to. Steamroom has been down for weeks.
