Country Club Towers is a pet-friendly community that welcomes cats and dogs. There is a 2 pet limit per-household and a $35 per month pet rent per household (not per pet). There is also a $300 refundable pet deposit per household. We do not have weight restrictions and do not allow exotic species or other types of pets. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas or mixes of these breeds. All pets must be current on vaccinations. All pets must be on a leash in public spaces at all times except designated off-leash areas. Residents may use the dog park and dog run at their own risk. Our campus features a dog park, a dog spa, pet-centric events, and easy access to nearby parks.

Really nice location and maintenance staff is great. Other staff are hard to communicate with. The gym, pool, and grill are awesome but the sauna is never hot enough and they refuse to increase the temperature inside to make it more appropriate in temperature. The elevators always seem out of order and even though all parking spaces are assigned there are always people parking in the wrong spots. Staff still has not figured out a solution to this issue. Otherwise, they put on lots of events for residents and the views of the city and mountain are unmatched.

Love the location and the gym/pool + great front desk staff . Its normally very easy to be a renter. Last couple of months its been really challenging with all problems in the west building with the elevators. Hope this will note happen again.
