Applicant has the right to provide Enchanted Springs with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30-days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Enchanted Springs with a PTSR, Enchanted Springs is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Enchanted Springs to access or use the PTSR.

Okay living

The living space itself isnt bad but the parking is really a big vibe killer. If i didnt rent a garage aswell i would be combating other residents for parking .

Great place

Definitely need more parking but overall i love living here maintenance is incredible never more then a 24 hour wait for them to come and fix the problem i love how quiet it is over here at all times overall great apartments to live!

Everything I needed

I could tell you about how nice the apartment complex is, the amenities, etc. but I am a very direct person, no empty praises. I want to focus on what’s more important to me as a resident—The staff, culture, the community. Transitioning from one state to another and only having seen the place online, I am beyond grateful to Michelle. She was so kind— answered every question I had for her, no matter how minute or simple and in a timely manner. She presented herself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the things she didn’t know or wasn’t entirely sure of, she never guessed or made empty promises. She’d simply tell you truth and then made the extra effort to find the correct answer and relay it to me. I work as a VA nurse and traveling nurse so, I'm almost never home, except to sleep and she made sure that there was effective communication. She worked hard to be flexible with me. I love the apartment and this is coming from someone who prefers to live in a house. She just made this transition extremely welcoming and I look forward to continue to becoming apart from the community here. I would gladly recommend to any of my friends or co-workers who are seeking residency where the people, the home, the price, and location are worth more than what you pay for. Property Managers, I’m sure there are more pre-requisites to this and Im not qualified to have an input on anything pertaining to the company. This is seriously the impact she had on me and my small family. if you haven’t already, I believe Michelle deserves a promotion or a celebratory cake. She’s honestly one of the best agents I’ve had ever and I’m old enough to understand how serious that statement is for me. So, thank you Michelle for changing my ideals on apartments and just for being as professional and as caring and understanding as you are! Respectfully, you’re resident in Bldg. 3240 !
