I have lived here a year the 16th of March. I enjoy how conveniant it is to everything. The maintenence team is beyound awsome. I truly how inside and out is taken care of and how we are informed about what is happening. It would be nice if Marquis would have a few social events. I appreatiate how quiet my appartment, as I am in the middle of three stories. ,

Very quiet peaceful place, but too many people are still smoking on their patio at all times of the day, and they wake up very early and make all sorts of noise

This complex is a little piece of heaven nestled away right of 1-25. No matter where you live on the property, you are walking distance from grocery store, convenience stores, care clinic, chiropractor office, vet clinic, escape room, multiple eartaries, post office, library, beauty businesses, bakeries, and so much more WITHOUT having to cross a major highway. Ammenities are great, pool, hot tub, gym, secure package room and seperate larger mailboxes by unit boxes. Not to mention walking trails just behind the porperty. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is on the move everyday. Service tickets are promptly remedied. The front staff are friendly and patient and give their undivided attention and answer and questions or concerns. The maintenance team and office staff are top tier! You have all you need right here!
