Nice looking place, but has a few problems

The main issue in this building is insulation -- the heating is extremely uneven across the apartment and you can hear everything that happens in the upstairs. The noise part isn't good. The staff is also an issue, some are unresponsive and say they'll take care of things when they really don't. Overall the apartment is nice looking and has the stuff you need, but for the amount we pay, it should really be better insulated.

Talus Flats is a beautiful place to live!

Talus Flats is a beautiful place to live with modern features and amenities. It is a safe quiet place to live. It also has night life available in very close proximity to the complex. You can visit a brewery and several restaurants within walking distance. The CVS pharmacy is in walking distance, a bank, churches and the hospital. As far as the inside amenities. It is nice because we have special days that the complex does things for us such as bagel day, doggie treats for those with pets, popcorn bar, tea and coffee . The hot tub is nice and the grills are available year round. I feel like I live in a resort.
