I have lived here for 18 months. I pay my rent early every month and don’t bother anyone. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unappreciated by a rental complex and management team. If I could leave the lease early without penalty I would.

We’re a locally owned, family-run business, and every decision we make is guided by a real commitment to the people who call this place home. We know we’re not perfect — and that’s okay. What matters most is showing up, listening, and continuing to evolve in ways that meet the needs of our residents and neighbors here in the Broomfield and Erie areas where we live and work. Every day, we put in the effort to maintain a warm, well-run, and welcoming community — and we take that responsibility seriously. Some of the processes we’ve put in place — like requiring a no-cost application before a guided tour — are designed to protect privacy and make sure our time with prospective residents is focused and meaningful. While the loudest voices online often come from those who didn’t find the right fit, we know there are so many residents who are happy to call this place home. These look nice from the outside but are super noisey. If you have noise problems the community director troy will blame you. Overpriced. Our dishwasher doesnt work and we put in a request 2 weeks ago to get it fixed.
