Our community features an onsite dog park, maintained by our dedicated staff, and spacious community parks just off property to the north — perfect for playtime with your pup. Pet Policy: Each townhome may have up to two (2) pets. A refundable pet deposit of $300.00 is required. A monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet applies. Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are considered restricted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management. The following breeds (or their mixes) are generally not permitted: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Akitas. Assistance Animals: Assistance animals are not considered pets, and no pet fees, deposits, or rent apply. Prior approval is required before move-in. Please contact our leasing office for the necessary forms and documentation to request a reasonable accommodation.
