2nd year
I just renewed my lease so it will be my second year here. I love the location and amenities, great staff and place overall. I only wish there was more parking, and I have noticed more sound at night recently but I feel safe in this area.
Great location, quiet neighborhood, nice apartments
I've enjoyed living here. The apartments are nice, the neighborhood is quiet and calm even though we are near a freeway and airport. I work from home so I see what goes on in the complex daily and its good community feel. I've lived in past places in the Denver area that never felt safe but this has a more residential vibe. I like the community events offered and the amenities are nice. I always see maintenance around working and they seem on top of everything! We have dogs so it's nice to walk around the complex and to the nearby dog park. The apartments seem well built and feel more like owning a condo vs an apartment. I enjoy the free coffee/espresso in the club house and my husband loves the free beer. Our garage is a great size. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.
Great place to live!
After being burned at previous living situations, 8000 Uptown is a nice place to land. It has a great community with good staff and reasonable rates. I recommend trying out 8000 Uptown if you want to reduce your stress in managing where you live.
