Lived here a little over one year. Noise is fine. You guys spam me with advertising related to "points programs" and stuff over email which is annoying. Mail room was a disaster but has gotten better. Elevator is frequently broken or at the very least "sounds broken". Parking and garage related stuff is annoying, door was broken for a really long time and just left open. Seems like I need to move my car to have the garage cleaned multiple times a year. You partner with predatory towing companies to clean the garage. There's essentially no guest parking at all, it's really hard to park anywhere near the building.

We have lived here for six months now and have been very impressed. The pool and hot tub are open year round, free coffee, a great gym, not to mention the beautiful views of the mountains from the rooftop patio space! But, we have been most impressed with the maintenance and how well taken care of the building is. We have only ever had one maintenance issue to report, and it was fixed within two hours of us submitting the report!

The elevator in building 2807 is very old and frequently malfunctions. Also the garage gate is always broken for some reason. I wish that the garage would fit bigger cars like a regular sized truck.

The location is great and you can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and more easily. The biggest issue is the amount of repairs and renovations going on. Elevators, the pool, the hot tub, the fire alarms, garage door and the sky deck always seem to take turns on at least one being out of order and unusable. That being said, it's a nice place that's quiet and good location.

This building is really nice and I love my apartment, but you still encounter lots of issues that occur at every apartment complex. Amenities are closed or being repaired a lot of the time. The parking spots are very small, and the garage closed for 2 weeks but we still had to pay for that time even though we weren’t able to use it. The maintenance people are great. They’ve always helped us out quickly and have been very kind whenever we’ve had issues. I don’t experience much noise in the area of the building that I live in. I never hear footsteps upstairs, and I rarely deal with loud music or tv sounds. The lockers are really nice for packages, but when they are full, packages get left out and I’ve had one stolen. The building is super nice and new. My apartment looked like it had never been lived in when I moved in. If it wasn’t so expensive to live here, I wouldn’t care about the issues with amenities as much.
