Normal Apartment Building

This building is really nice and I love my apartment, but you still encounter lots of issues that occur at every apartment complex. Amenities are closed or being repaired a lot of the time. The parking spots are very small, and the garage closed for 2 weeks but we still had to pay for that time even though we weren’t able to use it. The maintenance people are great. They’ve always helped us out quickly and have been very kind whenever we’ve had issues. I don’t experience much noise in the area of the building that I live in. I never hear footsteps upstairs, and I rarely deal with loud music or tv sounds. The lockers are really nice for packages, but when they are full, packages get left out and I’ve had one stolen. The building is super nice and new. My apartment looked like it had never been lived in when I moved in. If it wasn’t so expensive to live here, I wouldn’t care about the issues with amenities as much.

Its good

I have live here for about 6 months and I have really enjoyed it. I wish there could be more community events, but I understand that with Covid, it is for the best. my only complaint is that for the amount paid in rent, I wish the amenities were fully functional. ie. the spa, the skydeck.

Great community, wonderful staff, and amazing views!

Two Nine North is simply amazing! The location is amazing, and the building is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly, warm, and inviting. The people who live here are a diverse and wonderful group, and I truly feel like this is my home.

Wonderful Building

Good Location. Nice rental in a quiet, clean, safe building with amenities. Maintenance for building is solid, and responsive customer service leasing and attentive property management.
