The ammenties and service offered by 4 star realty is prompt and quick and I rarely had any issues related to the property. I live in 1938 Spruce St unit 4 and this property is located near pearl street. Anyone who is looking for an apartment near Pearl St, would definitely recommend to go for this house

1938 Spruce Street Apartment 2

There are a lot of extra charges for the apartment. 400$ for 2 extra people - but the bedrooms only accomodate 3 people. There is no light in the living room The plug points are all 2 pin points, which are not holding plugs well. For students, charging laptops is essential but there are no 3 pin plug points anywhere in the bedrooms/living room. A lot more issues in the apartment

The location and quietness if the street is a massive plus. But they don’t give parking passes and now there are two cars just sitting in the spaces for over 4 months now and the manager hasn’t done anything about it. Also, maintenance on our heat was a huge hassle and since no one communicates we saw three different technicians who didn’t know what was going on. Difficult to deal with.

Review of 1938

Place is okay but it is extremely overpriced. Especially with the mail on our porch, literally ruins the whole reason why we went for this house. Its pretty annoying to have a nice porch and not be able to sit on it because anytime something is delivered randoms are just walking up to the house
