Ive now been with four star for about a year, I love my lovcation and overall unit. But I do have to say, maintenance and staff could use some work!! Took about three months to get our washer and dryer fixed after faulty parts were initally installed in them. Also, Ive been wrongfully chargee in the past on rent cafe, other than those issues it has been alright. Hope this can allow for the neccessary measurements to be taken in order to make sure this doesnt happen to any other residents!! Thank you:)

Older unit about to be renovated. Not expecting any major changes despite much needed updates to appliances. Expect thin walls and no A/C. Think twice about dropping 2800 on the newly updated facade. All things considered it’s a great location but not very private.

This home is just what we were looking for, with the blend of a great location and lovely neighbors alongside many of the amenities and details in the home that we were looking for. The staff worked with us on getting things rolling quickly once we viewed the place and knew we wanted to commit. Only improvements could be quicker response on maintenace!

This unit is outdated (no A/C, dusty HVAC, 30 year old appliances, energy inefficient). On a busy often loud street. The landscaping is pitiful. There are dirt pits where grass should be and really no maintenance of the area including the outside rickety bannister which is certainly a hazard if anyone was to seriously bear weight on it. Not to mention there is a $20/month groundskeeping fee. I pay over $110 month on water, trash, and sewage, which just seems excessive.
