Hard to Communicate With

Decent Year Living Here

The apartment itself was just fine. Parking was eh because no one enforced the parking pass situation in the beginning, which resulted in a bunch of people parking without paying (after a couple months, they ended up enforcing it). I am fairly certain there are animals living in the ceiling of the Unit B of the sidehouse, there is a crack in between the roof and footsteps were heard quite often. The washer is small but works fine, the dryer takes 3 runs to dry an average load of laundry, so you might as well invest in a drying rack and do it the old fashioned way. The maintenance workers were nice and friendly, the Fourstar staff was great at being average. Great location to Pearl Street and not far at all from the Hill/Campus, great spot for a senior. This is just what I wish I knew before I moved in.
