lived here for a year plus and I've found it pretty pain free and easy. The place has nice staff that are helpful. No major hang ups on price gauging me and has been somewhat affordable however winter months see a big spike in price it feels like that's been the biggest downfall. I do recognize that's also just a side affect of Denver overall but still is a pain.
